Open Level Vinyasa
Come as you are. An open-level and well-rounded practice that’s appropriate for those with experience in group classes. The word vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” Expect to receive verbal cueing that encourages attention, clarity of movement, and awareness of breath.
Stretch and Restore
Simply sukha. One-part active stretching, one-part pure, restorative yoga postures, this class is designed to cultivate length and suppleness, to balance effort with ease, and to create space for stillness.

This is a live, interactive online class taking place over Zoom. The teacher is leading students online/ on screen only, so you may expect dialogue with and corrections / feedback from your teacher.
