An alignment-based Vinyasa flow, synchronizing movement and breath to nourish the body, focus the mind, increase flexibility and build strength and stamina.
(All levels are welcome, a foundational knowledge of yoga suggested, but not required, private session are available upon request.)
Jana is available for private one-on-one or small group sessions. Private sessions are available in person at the studio, in your home, or on zoom.
Private sessions can be beneficial if you are new to yoga, want to deepen your practice, have specific needs or interests, or if you simply want to treat yourself. These sessions will be tailored to your own individual needs.
